To change your settings on a computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, or Windows 2000, go to your Start Menu, highlight "Settings", and open the "Control Panel". Choose "Display" from the list of options. Select the "Settings" tab located on the top of your screen. Midway down the screen, in the "Desktop Box", you'll see that you can change the "Pixel Settings" with a sliding "Less-More" adjuster. Adjust it to 1024X728, and you're ready to go! If you care to change the setting back to it's original setting when you're done, just following the same instructions, but choose a different setting. On a Macintosh, locate the "Control Panel" (usually located on the Apple Menu), choose the "Monitors and Sound" option, and in the "Resolution" box, change it to 1024X728.

This is particularly common with employer-based access to the Internet. Your employer may have firewalls, proxy servers, or other equipment that may prevent access to secured sites.
